About Us
Northshore Locksmith & Car Keys
Mobile auto locksmiths — car keys, fobs and car lockouts, plus home and commercial locks — serving Covington, Louisiana and the Northshore since 2021.
Who we are
Northshore Locksmith & Car Keys is a locally owned mobile auto locksmith business based in Covington, Louisiana. Our vans carry the cutting and programming equipment, so most of our work is car keys, fobs and car lockouts — along with home, rekeying and commercial locks. We have been performing professional locksmith work since 2021, and we built this company to give drivers, homeowners and businesses across the Northshore a dependable, upfront-priced alternative to the big national call centers. Every job is handled by a licensed, bonded, and insured technician who lives and works in St. Tammany Parish — not a subcontractor dispatched from out of state.
What we do
We specialize in automotive key services — cutting and programming transponder keys, smart key fobs, and push-to-start remotes for RAM, Ford, Chevy, and most other makes right at your vehicle. We also handle residential lockouts, rekeying, lock replacements, and broken-key extraction. Using professional Autel and Xhorse diagnostic equipment, our technicians can program new keys and clone existing fobs on-site, so you are never towed to a dealership for a key problem. We do not open safes.
Who we serve
We serve homeowners, drivers, and businesses across Covington, Mandeville, Slidell, Madisonville, Abita Springs, Folsom, Sun, Bogalusa, Franklinton, Mt. Hermon, and the other towns of the Northshore up to the Mississippi border. Our two fully equipped vans are on the road seven days a week from 9am to 9pm, and we quote a travel fee based on distance so there are never any surprise charges for showing up. Whether you are locked out of your truck at a gas station or need a spare fob cut in your driveway, we show up with the right tools and a clear price.
Our promise
Upfront pricing, non-destructive entry whenever possible, and a labor warranty on every job. We are proud to be the Northshore's local key and lock team — call us any day of the week and a real technician will answer.
